great location helpful staff
the location proved amazing, offering immediate access to transportation. my room was clean upon arrival and the super nice team throughout my stay!
The bathroom needed a bit maintenance. The toilet flush did not work properly.

the front desk staff impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to help. the staff was responsive, answering quickly. they addressed concerns rapidly, which i appreciated. i had no issues .

vending machines are available on both floors, a definite plus. the hotel provides a common area suitable for dining. guests can also use this space to catch up on emails. the area looks kept clean.

adequate, but some issues
poor cleaning service cramped shower
the hotel location worked well for walking to many attractions..
during my stay, our room received cleaning service only twice over seven nights. the staff said they lacked a spare key for cleaning when we were out. requesting fresh towels and linens became a recurring task, sometimes requiring us to change the linens ourselves. additionally, the shower felt cramped and uncomfortable.

persistent sewage odor small room
the location WAS acceptable, given its proximity to public transportation.
The air conditioning barely WORKED. the room was small. I could hardly turn around without bumping into something. worst of all, the bathroom had a persistent sewage odor , made it UNPLEASANT.
